Jim and Tammy Whitley

​Jim Whitley was elected pastor of New Beginnings Apostolic Church of Bryant in June of 2017, after leading the church from the inaugural service on January 1, 2017. An Arkansas native, Whitley has been a nurse for more than 25 years and has been in nursing leadership roles for over 15 years. Jim is also in his third term on the Quorum Court of Saline County. 


Tammy Whitley, a local bank executive, is the wife of Jim Whitley and serves the church in numerous leadership roles, particularly coordinating special events that links the church with the community.

Jim and Tammy have two sons, Logan (22) who is soon to graduate Henderson State University and Luke (18) who also attends Henderson State University, where they are involved not only academically and athletically, but also serve the campus with their leadership in Fellowship of Christian Athletes. ​

Tim and Trisha Barnett

Tim Barnett has served as Associate Pastor since the church was established, January 1, 2017, officially being elected to the position in June 2017. Tim graduated from Apostolic Bible Institute with a Bachelor’s in Theology.  He was a Youth Pastor at the Apostolic Faith Church in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, for 10 years.  In the Bryant area, he was a Children’s Pastor for three years and an Administrative Pastor for three years before becoming the Associate Pastor at New Beginnings.

Latrisha (Richardson) Barnett graduated from Apostolic Bible Institute with an Associate’s Degree in Theology and specializes in children’s ministry and grief recovery.  She headed the puppet program at Apostolic Faith Church in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, for 10 years and has been a children’s minister in the Bryant area for six years before becoming the head of the Children’s Ministry at New Beginnings.


Dennis and Janett Bledsoe

Dennis Bledsoe has been in ministry for over 35 years. He was appointed Associate Pastor in 2019.  For the last 35 years, Bro. and Sis. Bledsoe have severed as Children’s Evangelist, Youth Pastors, and Assistant Pastors in California and Arkansas. Bro. and Sis. Bledsoe were the Pastors of Calvary Apostolic Church of Benton, before following the Leading of the Lord to merge their church with New Beginnings Apostolic Church of Bryant.

Bro. Bledsoe is currently the Arkansas State Presbyter for The Associated Brotherhood of Christians. He has the oversight of six churches in the State of Arkansas.

Janett Bledsoe has been a Sunday School teacher, Ladies Auxiliary and Pastor's Wife for the last 35 years. She currently is ministering through her "Courage to Heal" group on Thursday Nights for women who have been abused. She also serves as the Director of Bereavement Ministries.

The Bledsoe's have a son (Joel) and a daughter (Rebecca).
Joel is married to Kendra Bledsoe with two boys: Noah Whitley and Kayden Bledsoe. Rebecca is married to Jeffery Primm with three children: Zoie, Logan, and Easton.

​Jeff and Rebecca Primm

Jeff and Rebecca Primm were named Youth Pastors in November 2023. 

Jeff and Becca both taught Sunday School at Pentecostals of El Dorado for five (5) years before moving to Bryant where they were the youth pastors at Christ is the Answer Fellowship for eight (8) years.  Jeff has his minster's license through Associated Brotherhood of Christians (AB of C).

Jeff and Becca have been married for seventeen (17) years and have three (3) children: Zoie (15), Logan (13), and Easton (11).

CRYSTAL AND SHAWN REGAN

Crystal Regan has been in music ministry for over 15 years. She has served as Music Minister since the church was establish on January 1, 2017. Crystal also serves on the Praise Team for the Associated Brotherhood of Christians. For the last 8 years, Crystal and Shawn have severed as Adult Small Group Leaders. 

Coach Shawn Regan has been a Sunday School teacher and Board Member for the last 8 years. He is currently ministering through Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Bryant High School where he has taught for the last 14  years. He also serves on the Regional Board for the International Sports Federation and the Board of Trustees for Three-18 Ministries. 

Crystal and Shawn have a daughter, Jewell (21), who is a graduate of University of Arkansas (Fayetteville) and a son, Jackson (20), who is a junior baseball player at Southern Arkansas University (Magnolia).
